• THE MAIN CHARACTER

1. All machine body is welded assembly by high quality steels from CHINA BAO STEEL ENTERPRISE. After welding procedure, the machine body will be milled to ensure the balance and precision.

• THE MACHINE STRUCTURE 

W12 Series is 4-ROLLER rolling machine. The up roller is main drive roller ,through the output gear of the reducer connected with the upper gear to provide torque when rolling. The down roller make vertical movement ,the force is collected through the hydraulic oil force with the piston in the hydraulic tank to tight the plate and hydraulic transmission. There are side roller in the two sides of the down rollers who make inclined movement along the make guide, it is hydraulic drive. The machine has large advantage is the pre-bending and the rolling can be achieved in one machine.

The machine has pre-bending function for plate edge ,and can bend roll the plate one time without any thing re-rolling with combined procedure or pre-bending and bending roll into shape. The upper roller is the main drive roll, the down roller and two side rolls up-and-down movement is controlled by hydraulic drive. The up-and-down displacement of the down and side rollers are controlled by computer..Automatic leveling, display by screen , high synchronization precision ±0.2MM.Turnover bearing body dumping and reset is done through hydraulic transmission.
The upper roll end has balance equipment to be convenient take of the rolled cylinder and working-pieces.    
                                                       
There are moveable independent operation table for easy moveable operation. The machine has been equipped with security linked equipment. It is ideal bending roll machine for all kinds of metal working industry like energy, transportation ,petroleum, chemical, shipping-building, boiler with high technology, full function, high precision and easy in operation character.                          
                                         
The machine is equipped by four working rollers, left-right machine shaft, basement, cone rolling equipment , dumping parts, transmission part and relate sensor section, hydraulic system and electrical system.            
 

1. MECHANICAL PARTS

 

1. Working roller is the main part of the machine ,and the material for four rollers are 42CrMo ,and done strictly industrial standard needs for the working roller to guarantee the mechanical performance.    
2. The basement and the shaft if the main structure of the machine through welded treatment, and strictly done through annealing treatment to avoid inner-stress and ensure enough rigidity and intensity and guarantee the normal working when full-loaded.
3. The upper-roller is main drive roller ,the driver force is got by a reducer through a connection to motor for rolling of the working roller. In the shaft of this motor ,there are brake apparatus to make sure the precision position when rolling and pre-bending. The full machine has enough intensity and rigidity ,main parts of force has keys to be reliable connected ,easy for maintenance.
4. The bottom roller and two side roller's up-and-down movement is drive by the hydro-cylinders in two sides. The gear in two side use self-aligning roller bearing, synchronization in movement, and controlled by computer; The dumping side of the upper roller has the dumping hydro-cylinder,the end of upper roller has the balance equipment for convenient take-off the roller cylinder and working-pieces. 

1. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

1. The hydraulic system can achieve the below function: drive the bottom roller for up-and-down movement ,drive the two side roller make Inclined lifting movement; control the dumping hydro-cylinder make up-and-down movement.             
2. Through electro-hydraulic directional control valve, can control the up-and-down movement of the bottom roller and also the inclined up-and-down movement of the two side rolls. Through hydraulic control non return valve ,can control the working roller to stay at any position.
3. The dumping cylinder return circuit has one-way throttle valve for suitable adjustment of the implement structure.                                                              
4. The hydraulic system has reasonable design, reliable working and high-precision oil absorption and return filter to ensure the clean of the hydraulic oil. The whole system pipes in reasonable position, easy for any operation flexible and no any leak out.
5. The valve unit of the hydraulic system all use Taiwan brand. The pump,filter,motor and seal are all from high-brand enterprise.

1. STRUCTURE COMPONENTS

Electronic system use touch screen and use Japan OMRON intelligent PLC and related input and output molds. The machine has high capability in anti-disturbance,longtime durable and stable in working character.

1. The machine is computer-controlled four roller bending rolls machine with the pre-bending function. After the plate loaded, no need to change into another side edge for the prebending and rolling.        
2. The machine four rollers has been produced by forge, hardening and tempering treatment. HB220-260 with good mechanical properties, high rigidity, high in anti-abrasion,good for high-load working and long working lifetime.                                                           
3. Our working roller side gear use ball gear,small in friction and reduce the active power lose and save the energe.                                                                    
4. The bottom roller and side rollers movement are controlled by computer. Automatic-leveling , digital display screen, the synchronization accuracy ±0.2MM, high in rolling precision and easy in operation.          
5. The machine down roller, side roller can do one-side inclining ,and can make synchronization movement in inclined position for a better cone rolling working.                                                                
6. The machine has moveable operation table for a convenient worker operation and the touch screen has the position for the three rollers ,easy for you understand the position.                                                
7. The machine control system adopt Japan OMRON company intelligent PLC programmable control with fault diagnosis and operation fault intelligent judgment, the all parts inspection for the machine, logic treatment , power-off memory.                                                                      
8. High-voltage parts use SUZHOU electronic ,long working lifetime and less fault.                                                                   
9. The hydraulic valve in the hydraulic system use Taiwan brand, the valve is casting runner , large oil flow ,small resistance, less heat and reliable.                                                                     
10. The pipes in all hydraulic system use fast joint ,new-technology used in metallurgical mines, in the connectors ,there are reliable seal to ensure no leak out in the hydraulic system.                                                
11. The hydraulic system has absorption and return oil filter to ensure the clean of the hydraulic system. And also air filter to guarantee the hydro-cylinder normal absorption and water evaporation ,and in the system there are double-way security protection equipment to ensure the system safe.                                                                      
12. The dumping gear will force on the dumping hydro-cylinder ,the head can incline and stand-up ,convenient for take-off the working pieces.                                                                      
13. The end of the working roller has balance equipment which will be responsible for the working roller balance when the dumping gear is working.
