1. Installation and debugging

• Before the arrival of the debugging personnel, the user needs to complete the preparations such as three-phase power supply, three-phase four-core cables, compressed air source supply, etc.The user should also provide the above-mentioned cables and air pipes to enter the standard interface of the machine tool. For details, please refer to the "Customer Installation and Adjustment Preparation Form" .
• The buyer should notify the seller two days in advance for debugging and must do so before installation and debugging.

 

1. After-sales Service and Commitment
   • From the day the machine tool is finally accepted and qualified, Party B will implement a three-guarantee service for the product with a warranty period of 12 months. During the warranty period, free repairs will be provided for the product.

Special note: If the machine tool arrives at Party A and the installation and debugging have not been carried out due to Party A's reasons after 12 months, the warranty period will expire, and Party B will no longer provide free installation, debugging and maintenance.

• • During the warranty period, if it is determined that the damage is caused by the user's reasons (e.g. damage to the appearance or internals due to improper handling during transportation or prolonged storage, damage caused by improper operation or self-disassembly and modification), it will not be covered by the above-mentioned free warranty. Users must pay all the maintenance costs, and the manufacturer will fully cooperate with the user to provide repair services.

Note: Equipment damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc., is not covered by our company's warranty.

• • If a machine tool malfunctions and the user provides the necessary information, Our company will promptly determine the cause of the fault and provide a response. If an immediate response cannot be given, a reply will be provided within 24 hours, and personnel will be dispatched to the site as soon as possible for handling. The specific time will depend on the preparation time for the parts.
